Our client collaborated with Distinctive Office Interiors to breathe vitality into their sublease. Located at 1250 Broadway and spanning a roomy 20,000 square feet, this project, known as the "Back to the Office" revamp, was all about adapting to evolving work needs while bringing in some brighter and cozier vibes with a fresh color palette. Our complete redesign covered everything from new carpet, fresh paint, branding, laminating cabinetry, and new lighting fixtures. We cherry-picked the carpets from some of our top-notch partner J+J Flooring creating a space that's not just bright and inviting atmosphere designed to entice employees back to the workplace.
